WHAT IS THE BED AND BREAKFAST?

Translated from the English language it means: Bed and Breakfast. It makes now and then the families possible  to give hospitality by paying to the tourists in their own houses.
All that is really advantageous both because it is more cheap in comparison with the hotel and because it makes possible to do tourism by living every day life, culture and local behaviours. In this way the tourist enters the life of the town, its houses, its customs and its gastronomy.
Reception is directly offered in the properties where the rooms can have their own bathroom or a common one. Often the living room becomes a room that is with pleasure shared between owners and guests, while the kitchen is generally  reserved to the owner. 
Breakfast is generally abounding and very often served by following local traditions. The B&B service includes sheet and towels, daily cleaning and breakfast.
It is however an interesting experience that gives to the owner the opportunity to know different people and their cultures and to the guest the opportunity to make deeper  the knowledge of the typical Sicilian house and in the meantime feel at one’s easy, as sometimes doesn’t happen in many others kinds of structures.

The reservation of the stay needs a minimum duration?
Yes . The stay in a B&B needs a minimum stay of two consecutive nights. The stay in independent apartments make necessary a minimum stay of three consecutive nights. The single night is managed in particular situations and it needs a supplement.

Can I have the invoice of the price of staying?
The managers  of the B&B and of  the holiday house, have not VAT number.

In case of request of a B&B or farm holiday centre the customer can ask us, before the reservation, the specifically Regulation of the requested structure because of the fact that it can change from structure to structure. It will consequently be send to the customer per e-mail or fax.
The 30 % of the total location amount will have to be paid within 48 hours from the request on line. After having paid the advance the customer will receive per e-mail or fax the confirmation of reservation with the voucher. A copy of it has to be signed and given to the owner together to the identity documents at the moment of the arrival to make possible the relative registration of the location. The total price has to be paid at the arrival in the structure. The tourist will receive the welcome from the owner who will give him the keys of the house.

The advance payment can be paid by bank or post.
